Complete Financial Solutions is built as a set of connected companies, not a collection of unrelated ones. Here is how the pieces fit together around America's defense priorities, including the Golden Dome missile defense initiative.
When people first look at Complete Financial Solutions, they see a list of subsidiaries: defense, aerospace, armory, real estate and the outdoor economy. A fair question follows. Why these businesses, under one roof?
The answer is that they are designed to work together. We think of the group as a flywheel. Each part makes the next part stronger, and the whole thing is pointed at one goal: supporting American national and economic security.
The demand engine
Every flywheel needs something that keeps it turning. For us, that is U.S. defense demand, and in particular the Golden Dome missile defense initiative, envisioned as a layered homeland defense network integrating ground, airborne and space-based systems.
The Department of War has been clear that it wants a broad industrial base behind Golden Dome. In launching its Golden Dome for America Hub, a digital platform to streamline collaboration with industry, the department said qualified suppliers can connect with innovative capital tools, and that the strategy encourages multi-vendor participation and establishes a highly resilient foundation for rapid production scaling.
Gen. Michael Guetlein, director of Golden Dome for America, put it this way: "By bringing private capital, commercial agility, and national defense objectives into a single, accessible environment, the Hub ensures that our defensive network remains affordable, scalable, and secure."
That is the mission our group is built to support.
How the pieces connect
- Complete Defense Solutions acquires mission-critical companies across the U.S. defense and security spectrum.
- Complete Aerospace Solutions acquires established lower-tier aerospace and defense suppliers, the sub-tier companies that programs like Golden Dome rely on.
- Complete Armory Solutions focuses on weapons, ammunition, air defense and training, and on scaling U.S.-based munitions manufacturers.
- CompleteRE Holdings focuses on the real estate side of growth: the facilities companies operate from and the places their people live.
- Outdoorsmen Holdings focuses on the outdoor economy and the trade shows that serve it, with a planned emphasis on access for active-duty service members and veterans.
Around the group sit strategic relationships. AI Arsenals, a portfolio company and strategic partner of Complete Defense Solutions, is working toward secured, sovereign AI compute for defense. Space Innovation Unit, an aerospace incubator owned by Decentral Life, prepares early-stage aerospace companies for defense contracts, and has a strategic partnership with Complete Aerospace Solutions so that incubated companies may one day become acquisition candidates as they mature.
Why a public parent matters
The Department of War's acquisition strategy emphasizes bringing in new companies and private capital. Marcia Holmes, deputy director of Golden Dome for America, has said the effort is "embracing the expansion of the industrial base, accelerating private capital investment, the creation of new companies, use of commercial products and services."
That is where a public parent can help. Defense contracts rarely pay up front, so growing companies need capital to buy materials and hire people before the first invoice clears. As part of a U.S. public company, our subsidiaries can access more cost-effective capital through the public markets, institutional funding groups and the more than a dozen investment bankers in our syndicate network.
The flywheel in motion
Put it together and the loop looks like this. Defense demand creates opportunity. Our subsidiaries acquire the American companies positioned to meet it. Access to capital helps those companies perform and grow. As they grow, they hire, build and need facilities, which brings the rest of the group into play. Each turn makes the next one easier.
We are still early in building this. Some pieces are further along than others, and the articles in this newsroom go deeper on each one. But the design is deliberate, and every acquisition we pursue is measured against one question: does it make the whole flywheel stronger?
