Complete Financial Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) completed three separate contracts to BUY REAL ESTATE (LAND) on February 25th, 2025. The first closing was completed on March 31, 2025, and the remaining two closings are tentatively scheduled to take place on or before May 1, 2025.

 The three separate land development projects are planned to include an Outdoor Recreation Park and Lodge, Retail Shopping, RV Parks and Housing, and Entertainment Venues, among other commercial real estate build-out initiatives.

The land development acquisitions by the Company, are recently appraised at a total HBU value of $74,296,000 USD, for approximately 43 acres.

The first closing on March 31, 2025 represents 21 of the 43 acres.
