(the “Company”) has executed an exchange agreement providing for the exchange of its Series A Real Estate Preferred shares with all shareholders holding common stock shares of LikeRE.com Inc., with a one share for one share exchange to be completed by December 31st, 2024.

The Company has executed an exchange agreement providing for the exchange of its Series A Outdoorsmen Preferred shares with all shareholders holding common stock shares of Outdoorsmen.com Inc., with a one share for one share exchange, to be completed by December 31st, 2024.

The Company has executed a contract to buy and sell real estate, and an exchange agreement providing for the exchange of its Series A Outdoorsmen Preferred shares with Denver/Seventh LLC, to be completed by December 31st, 2024, for ownership of Lots 1-34, Block 51, and Lots 18-40, Block 52 and Outlots 30-33 Situated in Section 10, Township 6, Range 89 City of Glenwood Springs, County of Garfield, State of Colorado that was purchased by the Company on December 23rd, 2024.
